My Interview with RMLS
The Center for REALTOR® Technology (CRT) holds an award each year to honor REALTORS® who have shown excellence and visionary use of technology. This year, an RMLS™ subscriber has been announced as a finalist for the 2010 REALTOR® Technology Spotlight Award. An early look at the "Inn at the 5th"
The "Inn at the Fifth" will be Eugene's first new downtown hotel in nearly thirty years. Friday, the Eugene community caught a glipse of the hotel when an eight thousand square foot wrap showed a life-size replica.
The hotel will bring tourist dollars to businesses at the 5th Street Market, while having an economic impact on the entire Eugene community. Construction of the five story boutique hotel will employ 50 to 100 local construction workers and when completed, 30 full time employees will run he hotel. 5th Street Market is said to be the number one visitor destination in Eugene. Kelly Ranstad of Hybrid Real Estate has been announced as a finalist for the annual REALTOR® Technology Spotlight Award. It honors REALTOR® family members and their direct support staff who have shown excellence and visionary use of technology. From you and your creative use of technology to the staff person who makes sure your web site stands out to the individual who keeps your servers running effectively so that the REALTOR® members shine in their day-to-day business...this is an opportunity to celebrate them!
The award goals are to:
(1) recognize those who have implemented, created or embraced technology in a way that shows understanding of the medium and therefore puts them in a' best in class' category
