Kelly, and her husband Bryan, are the Owners of Hybrid Real Estate, Oregon's fastest growing real estate company. Kelly has been involved in real estate since 1998 and is currently Chair Elect for OREF LLC, VP of Eugene REALTORS, and serves on a variety of committees at both the State and Local Level. Kelly has been awarded the Eugene Chamber of Commerce 20 under 40 awards, the Austin Family Business Award and was also a finalist for the 2010 NAR REALTOR Technology Spotlight Award. Kelly received a 100% score on her Oregon Real Estate Broker Exam and currently holds her Principal Brokers license, managing over 150 Oregon Brokers.
